Responsible for warranty decision for the product defects reported to workshop
- Detail reporting of complaint, investigation and rectification for vehicles under warranty
- Coordinate with DICV AO for required approvals for warranty claims
- Warranty failed parts tagging and storage in workshop
- Dispatch of all the failed parts to DICV on request
- Failed parts scrapping in presence of DICV representative
- Ensure disposal of failed parts scrap
- Follow up with DICV for warranty claim settlement & reimbursement
- Upkeep of warranty claim documents for regular dealer audits
- Coordinate with proprietary parts dealers and service centers for their respective parts warranty claim
- Update workshop personnel on latest warranty policy changes

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
