Lead implementation of intelligent capabilities such as:
- AI-based lead and contractor/project prioritization
- Automated dealer and retailer engagement workflows
- Predictive replenishment and inventory recommendations
- Intelligent complaint & service case routing
- AI-powered demand forecasting & stock optimization
- Chatbots & virtual assistants for dealer and customer support
- Smart scheme recommendations & pricing guidance

Dealer & Sales Lifecycle Transformation

Design and optimize workflows across:
- Dealer onboarding & performance management
- Distributor & retailer sales workflows
- Order capture, fulfillment & credit management
- Contractor & project tracking
- Claims,

- Loyalty & engagement programs

Stakeholder & Delivery Management
- Work with sales, distribution, supply chain, finance, and service teams to gather requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and AI-enabled features.
- Drive end-to-end delivery including design, development, testing, UAT, and go-live.
- Coordinate with implementation partners, Salesforce teams, AI specialists, and integration teams.
- Ensure seamless integration with ERP, finance, logistics, inventory, and distributor systems.

Analytics & Performance Monitoring
- Define KPIs and dashboards for dealer performance, secondary sales, and scheme effectiveness.
