Job Title: Purchase Executive

Job Summary

Responsible for procurement of raw materials, components, and services required for manufacturing injection molding machines, ensuring timely availability at optimal cost and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing
- Source and procure mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components
- Identify and develop new vendors
- Compare quotations and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery

Vendor Management
- Maintain robust relationships with suppliers
- Evaluate vendor performance (quality, cost, delivery)
- Ensure timely follow-up for orders and deliveries

Purchase Planning
- Coordinate with production, stores, and design teams for material requirements
- Prepare purchase orders (PO) as per requirement
- Ensure on-time availability of materials to avoid production delays

Cost Control
- Negotiate best prices and payment terms
- Work on cost reduction and alternate sourcing

Inventory Coordination
- Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages/excess inventory




- Coordinate with stores for inward materials and verification

Quality Coordination
- Ensure materials meet required specifications
- Handle rejection and replacement with suppliers

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain purchase records, PO tracking, and MIS reports
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance

Requirements:
- Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Commerce
- 3-7 years experience in purchase (preferably machine manufacturing / engineering industry)
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components

Key Skills
- Negotiation & vendor handling
- Material planning & coordination
- Basic technical understanding of machine components
- ERP / Excel knowledge
- Good communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
