We’re looking for a Content & Production Associate who can contribute to both content development and production coordination. This role blends writing, planning, and operational execution to support the creation of high-quality digital content.

Role Overview

This is a hybrid role focused on developing content and ensuring smooth execution of production workflows. You will work closely with leadership and internal teams to write scripts, break them into actionable scene plans, track progress, and ensure outputs meet creative and quality expectations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative thinking and structured execution.

Key Responsibilities




- Write and refine scripts for short-form digital content and episodic pieces:
- Break scripts into clear scene-by-scene descriptions, including actions, emotions, and settings
- Ensure content has strong flow, clarity, and audience engagement:
- Track project timelines and maintain production trackers
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution:
- Review outputs to ensure alignment with scripts and objectives
- Identify issues in pacing, tone, or clarity and suggest improvements
- Provide regular updates on project status and deliverables
- Assist in packaging final content for delivery

What We’re Looking For
- 1-4 years of experience in content writing, media, communications, or similar roles
- Excellent written and spoken English (non-negotiable):
- Strong storytelling and scriptwriting ability
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail:
- Ability to manage multiple tas
