We are hiring Customer Care Executives (CCE) for an International Outbound Voice Process (Website Process). The role involves making outbound calls to international business owners, explaining website-related services, and generating qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound international calls to business owners
- Explain website services clearly and professionally
- Generate and qualify leads
- Maintain call quality and follow process guidelines
Requirements:
- H.S. pass or above (English medium mandatory)
- Excellent spoken English communication skills
- 6 months-1 year experience in international outbound calling / website process preferred
- Freshers with solid English communication skills are welcome
- Immediate joiners preferred
Shift & Schedule
- Night Shift: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM
- Monday to Friday
- Saturday & Sunday off
