We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Academic Counsellor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, understanding their learning goals, and recommending the best courses for them. Your role will be a mix of sales and counselling, ensuring that students receive the right guidance while also meeting enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation: Convert leads into enrollments by effectively explaining course perks, curriculum details, and career opportunities.

Follow-ups & Relationship Building: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads, ensuring high conversion rates. Build strong relationships to enhance referrals.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign performance and improve lead quality.

Market Research: Keep track of industry trends, competitor offerings, and student preferences to enhance counseling strategies.





Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inquiries, conversions, and feedback to improve future interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:1-3 years in sales, academic counseling, or a similar role (experience in the education or music industry is a plus).

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade students.

Sales Skills:Strong ability to convert leads into enrollments and meet sales targets.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
