We are looking for a data-obsessed, ROI-driven Performance Marketing Executive who lives and breathes paid acquisition.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid acquisition campaigns across Meta and Google.

Your core mandate:Drive profitable growth. Improve ROAS. Scale performance without compromising efficiency.

This is not a coordination role. This is a hands-on execution + optimization role.

Key Responsibilities1. Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute campaigns across:
○ Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads)

○ Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Own full-funnel strategy: Awareness → Consideration → Conversion → Retention
- Build and test audience structures, creatives,



and bidding strategies

2. ROI & ROAS Ownership
- Drive measurable improvements in:
○ CAC

○ CPL

○ CPA

○ ROAS
- Optimize campaigns daily based on performance signals
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency benchmarks

3. Experimentation & Optimization
- Run structured A/B tests across:
○ Creatives

○ Hooks & messaging

○ Landing pages

○ Audiences

○ Bidding models
- Continuously test current formats (Reels, UGC, Video Sales Letters, etc.)

4. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze performance using:
○ Meta Ads Manager

○ Google Ads

○ Google Analytics (GA4)

○ Google Tag Manager
- Build weekly & monthly performance reports
- Derive actionable insights from data (not just dashboards)

5. Tracking & Tech Stack Management
- Set up and manage:
○ Pixels & Conversions API

○ Google Tag Manager

○ Event tracking

○ Attribution models
- Work with landing page tools and CR
