About the Role

As a Coworking Sales Associate, you will:
- Be the first impression and closing handshake
- Drive membership sales
- Manage leads and conduct tours
- Fill the space with high-quality members (freelancers, startups, teams)

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Membership Growth
- Own full sales cycle (inquiries → tours → closing)
- Generate leads via outreach, referrals, networking
- Maintain CRM with accurate pipeline data
- Meet/exceed monthly sales & occupancy targets
- Create tailored membership packages

2. Member Relations & Retention
- Build robust member relationships
- Gather feedback & improve experience
- Identify upsell opportunities (offices, desks, event spaces)
- Resolve concerns quickly to maintain high NPS

3. Marketing & Community Activation




- Promote space at events & online
- Assist with campaigns & offers
- Represent brand at startup meetups & forums

What Makes You a Great Fit
- 1-3 years in sales / business development / hospitality
- Proven track record of hitting targets
- Strong interpersonal & presentation skills
- Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Self-motivated, strong follow-through
- Understanding of startup/freelance ecosystem (plus)

Bonus Points If You
- Have coworking / real estate / hospitality sales experience
- Have a strong local startup/SME/freelancer network
- Can create compelling tours & presentations
