Store System Operatorto manage our farm’s inventory and data systems for farm management of essential supplies and reporting.
- Responsibilities_

1. Inventory & Store Management
- Maintain accurate, real-time records of all farm stocks, including poultry feed, medicines, vaccines, and equipment.
- Oversee the receiving and issuing of goods, ensuring that physical stock matches system records.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and manage expiration dates of medicines and vaccines.

2. Data Management & Reporting
- Input and manage data within our ERP software(Comprehensive training will be provided).
- Compile and submit Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reportsregarding stock consumption and farm performance.
- Prepare professional PowerPoint presentationsfor management meetings.

3. Farm Oversight
- Conduct regular Farm Visitsto verify stock usage and monitor conditions.
- Submit detailed Weekly Farm Visit reportshighlighting observations or discrepancies.





Store Incharge has to conduct physical visits to their allotted laying farms on a weekly basis to verify stock usage and operational conditions. A Farm Visit Report must be submitted immediately upon completion of each visit to ensure real-time transparency. Please be advised that you are personally liable for the accuracy of all data entries; should any errors occur, it is your responsibility to proactively coordinate with the IT Team to rectify the records on an immediate effect. Furthermore, you are required to act as the primary liaison for the Accounts Team, managing the end-to-end process for bill submissions, cheque collections, and withdrawal activities. You must individually oversee and coordinate these accounting tasks to ensure they are completed without delay.
