Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily construction site activities
Supervise labor teams and ensure work is completed efficiently
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers
Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards
Monitor material usage and site safety practices
Maintain timelines and report progress to management
Handle basic site documentation and reporting

Requirements:
Experience in civil construction or site supervision
Strong understanding of building construction processes
Ability to manage workforce and handle on-site challenges
Basic knowledge of materials,



drawings, and execution
Responsible, disciplined, and proactive approach

Preferred Skills:
Experience in residential projects (builder floors / low-rise developments)
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership
