Job Title: Settlement Executive

Job Purpose: The Settlement Executive will be responsible for managing settlement-related activities on the Invoicemart (TReDS) platform, ensuring accurate and timely settlement of transactions between buyers, sellers (MSMEs), and financiers, in line with regulatory and operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end settlement processing for transactions executed on the Invoicemart (TReDS) platform Ensure timely settlement of invoices between buyers, sellers, and financiers as per agreed timelines Reconcile transaction data, settlement files, bank credits, and platform reports Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, internal operations, finance, and technology teams Monitor pending / failed settlements and ensure closure within defined SLAs Validate transaction data, charges, interest, penalties, and deductions Maintain settlement MIS, trackers, and periodic reports Support audit, compliance,



and regulatory reporting requirements Address participant (buyer/seller/financier) queries related to settlements Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to RBI-TReDS guidelines and internal SOPs

Work Schedule: Hybrid Work

Model:Work from Home: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Work from Office: 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of settlement and reconciliation processes Knowledge of BFSI operations, invoice financing, or TReDS ecosystem (preferred) Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, lookups, reconciliation) Solid analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactions Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Education:
Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration BFSI or fintech operations experience is an added advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
