Daycare Teacher - Eurokids Kalyani Nagar
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, nap time, and outdoor activities
- Follow daycare health, hygiene, and safety protocols
- Assist children with basic hygiene, toilet training, and personal care
- Monitor children’s health and respond to minor injuries or emotional distress
Activities & Child Development
- Conduct daily activities according to the daycare schedule
- Lead age-appropriate activities such as storytelling, art, music, games, and play-based learning
- Encourage development of motor skills, language, social interaction, and creativity
- Observe children’s behavior and report developmental concerns
Meals & Daily Monitoring
- Supervise children during snacks and meals
- Track what each child eats and assist younger children with feeding if needed
Parent Communication & Classroom Management
- Send daily photos and activity updates to parents
- Share updates on the child’s day, meals, and behavior
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
- Ensure toys and materials are protected and properly arranged
Required Skills:
- Patience and ability to handle young children calmly
- Strong supervision and observation skills
- Ability to manage multiple children at once
- Good communication with parents and staff
Education & Experience
- Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
- Experience in daycare, preschool, or nursery settings
- Basic first aid knowledge is an advantage
