Job Title: Sales Executive - Fitness Industry

Salary: ₹16,000 - ₹22,000 per month + Incentives (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into memberships
- Conduct gym tours and explain membership plans to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Handle walk-ins, calls, and follow-ups effectively
- Support marketing and promotional activities

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales / Retail / Gym Training
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit and presentable personality
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Basic computer knowledge preferred (Rotational shifts 6am shifts and working weekends are mandatory) What We Offer:
