Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end testing of Color Papers eCommerce platforms (website & backend systems)
- Test critical flows such as:
- Product listing & inventory updates
- Cart & checkout process
- Payment gateway integrations (Razorpay / PayU / COD)
- Order placement, tracking & return process
- Conduct manual testing for current features, updates, and bug fixes
- Identify, report, and track bugs using internal tools / Excel / JIRA
- Perform daily sanity checks on live websites to ensure smooth operations
- Work closely with developers, operations, and customer support teams:
- Validate pricing, offers, coupon codes, and discounts
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and browser compatibility:
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before feature releases
- Maintain testing reports and documentation
- Accuracy in identifying bugs before live deployment
- Reduction in live website errors
- Testing turnaround time




- Smooth functioning of checkout and payment systems
- Zero critical issues during sale/peak periods

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or relevant field
- Strong understanding of websites and mobile app testing:
- Basic knowledge of:
- APIs (Postman - preferred)
- Excel for tracking issues
- Familiarity with payment flow and order lifecycle:
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced eCommerce environment

Preferred Skills
- Experience with automation testing (Selenium - added advantage):
- Understanding of inventory and logistics systems:
- Prior experience in D2C or marketplace-based eCommerce companies

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
