Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Field Marketing Executive to promote our beauty and wellness courses, generate student enquiries, and build partnerships with local businesses, schools, and colleges. The role involves outdoor marketing activities, brand promotion, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote Orane International Beauty & Wellness courses in assigned areas
- Visit schools, colleges, salons, gyms, and coaching institutes to generate student leads
- Distribute brochures, pamphlets, and promotional materials
- Conduct field campaigns, awareness activities, and small events
- Build relationships with salons, beauty professionals, and local businesses for referrals
- Collect and maintain data of potential students and enquiries
- Support in organizing seminars, workshops, and promotional events
- Coordinate with the academy counsellor team for student follow-ups




- Provide daily activity reports to the management

Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident personality and presentable appearance
- Ability to convince and interact with students and parents
- Basic knowledge of marketing and sales
- Comfortable with field work and travel in nearby areas

Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience in education marketing / field sales / beauty industry will be an advantage

Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or education promotion
