Job Purpose

To deliver high-quality Physics education aligned with the CBSE curriculum, create a positive learning environment, and inspire students to achieve academic excellence while developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)Teaching & Lesson Delivery
- Plan and deliver engaging Physics lessons as per CBSE standards.
- Use effective teaching methods to make Physics concepts easy to understand.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids for Grades 6-10.

Assessment & Evaluation
- Conduct regular tests, assignments, and practical assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate academic records and student progress reports.

Curriculum Implementation




- Implement the prescribed CBSE Physics curriculum effectively.
- Ensure syllabus completion within the academic timeline.

Differentiated Instruction
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs.
- Support slow learners, average learners, and advanced students accordingly.

Student Support
- Provide one-on-one academic support to students who need additional help.
- Conduct extra classes or doubt-clearing sessions when required.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Student academic performance and improvement in Physics results.
- Quality of lesson delivery and classroom engagement.
- Timely syllabus completion and assessment submissions.
- Student participation and conceptual understanding.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Physics with B.Ed (preferred).
- 2-3 years of relevant teaching experience in CBSE schools.
- Willingness to stay on campus and join immediately.
