Job Summary:
Responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a high standard of hospitality, and creating a pleasant dining experience in line with the hotel’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages promptly and as per service standards
- Ensure table setup is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints politely
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for order accuracy and timely service
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the service area
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and service protocols
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers

Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management (preferred)
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in F&B; service (freshers can apply)

Working Conditions:
- Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Standing for long hours
- Physically active role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
