As our new Service Coordinator, you will be coordinating end-to-end service activities for pump installations, maintenance, and repairs — ensuring timely responses, smooth scheduling, and outstanding customer satisfaction across the region. What you will be doing:
As a key part of the Commercial Service Operations team, you'll create impact by Driving service excellence by ensuring every customer interaction is handled efficiently, building trust and long-term partnerships that support Grundfos's mission of pioneering water solutions..

Your main responsibilities include:




- Coordinate and schedule service visits, maintenance activities, and repair jobs for field service engineers across assigned territories
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing service requests from intake through completion with clear communication
- Track and manage spare parts availability, ensuring timely procurement and dispatch to minimize equipment downtime
- Maintain accurate service records, generate reports, and update CRM/ERP systems with job status and customer information
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and logistics teams to resolve escalations and deliver on service level agreements
- Support shift-based operations to ensure continuous service coverage and responsiveness to urgent customer needs
