We are hiring a Health Care Coach for a patient support role involving post-discharge follow-ups, patient counselling, and engagement.

Note: This is _not a sales or telecalling role._

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with patients after discharge to monitor health status
- Provide emotional and psychosocial support to patients
- Guide patients on recovery, medication, and lifestyle changes
- Handle inbound patient calls and assist with onboarding
- Maintain records of patient interactions

Eligibility Criteria (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Clinical / Medical / Life Sciences / Biology:
- Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare / patient care / counselling:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi:
- Ability to speak clearly and handle patients with empathy

Preferred Background
- Physiotherapy
- Paramedical
- Clinical Psychology




- Dietitian / Nutritionist

Additional Languages (preferred)
