Role Overview
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to support our Online Reputation Management (ORM) operations. This role is ideal for freshers who are disciplined, process-driven, and interested in working at the intersection of data and digital brand monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update large volumes of data related to customer reviews, brand mentions, and feedback
- Monitor platforms such as Google Reviews, social media channels, and third-party listing sites
- Classify and tag data based on sentiment, issue type, and urgency
- Maintain structured ORM dashboards and reporting sheets with high accuracy
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely response tracking and closures
- Generate daily and weekly ORM performance reports
- Identify recurring patterns in customer feedback and flag critical insights
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets:
- Good written communication skills
- Familiarity with digital platforms (Google, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines consistently
- A proactive mindset with willingness to learn
