Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and guide them to their tables
- Present menus and explain food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Handle guest feedback and resolve minor complaints politely
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas
- Follow hygiene and safety standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous experience in hospitality/service is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends/holidays)
- Physically fit to stand for long hours
