Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and dealers
- Handle inbound inquiries related to products and services
- Explain product features like waterproof, termite-proof, and durable WPC solutions:
- Generate and maintain leads database:
- Follow up with clients to close sales opportunities
- Coordinate with the sales team for conversions
- Maintain daily call reports and performance records

Requirements:
- Positive communication skills in Hindi, English (Bengali is a plus):
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling:
- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, etc.)

Preferred Skills
- Experience in telecalling / sales / customer support:
- Knowledge of building materials / WPC products (optional)

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
