Requirements:
Graduate + B.Ed (preferred)
- Robust communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in diverse classrooms
- Good classroom management skills
Responsibilities:
- Handle substitution classes efficiently
- Support teachers in lesson execution
- Assist in maintaining student engagement
- Ensure continuity of learning
