Job description:
- Testing & Analysis: Conduct routine analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods using techniques like titration, HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, and FTIR.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COAs), maintain batch manufacturing records, and update QC documents.
- Compliance & Calibration: Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, GLP (Valuable Laboratory Practices), and safety standards (EHS). Calibrate and maintain lab instruments.
- Investigation: Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) results, product defects, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordination: Collaborate with production, QA, and R&D; departments for timely testing and release
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: 3-7 years in chemical, pharmaceutical, or agrochemical quality control.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HPLC, GC, and wet chemistry techniques.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
