Job Title: Experienced US IT Recruiter
Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)
Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
- Negotiate rates/salary and ensure successful closures
- Build strong pipeline for ongoing and future requirements

Required Skills:
- Strong experience in US IT recruitment (minimum 3 years)
- Good understanding of US visa types (H1B, GC, USC, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Good to Have:
- Experience working with direct clients / implementation partners
- Exposure to niche/advanced technology hiring (Cloud, Data, DevOps, etc.)

Work Mode: Onsite (Hyderabad)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
