Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing strategies for residential/commercial real estate projects
- Generate and nurture qualified leads for sales teams
- Coordinate with channel partners, brokers, and agencies for promotions
- Conduct market research & competitor analysis:
- Organize and manage events, launches, and property exhibitions

Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of real estate market trends & buyer behavior:
- Excellent communication & coordination skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in real estate marketing (mandatory)

Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Experience with CRM tools (LeadSquared, Salesforce, etc.)
- Knowledge of content creation, video marketing, and reels strategy

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
