Shift Timing - Rotational on Monthly Basis
- 09:00 AM to 06:00PM
- 10:30 AM to 07:30 PM
- 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Initiate and manage calls to clients, understanding their interior design needs and providing personalised suggestions.
- Sales & Marketing: Promote the company's interior design services, materials, and products to prospective clients.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends in interior design, materials, and furniture.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through cold calling, marketing campaigns, and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Update and maintain client records in the CRM system, track communication, and follow up on leads.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design and sales teams to align client requirements with design offerings.




- Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from clients after consultations or services, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field. (Optional: Certification in Telemarketing or Sales)
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer support.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles and trends.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.
