Overview:
As the Moringa Farm Supervisor, you will be in charge of managing day-to-day farm operations once the project is underway. This includes overseeing planting, irrigation, pest management, and harvesting. You will be working closely with the Project Manager and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to standard.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise farm workers and ensure they follow proper agricultural practices.
- Oversee planting, irrigation, weeding, and pest control efforts.
- Train farm workers on Moringa-specific farming techniques and best practices.
- Manage and monitor irrigation systems and soil conditions.
- Perform routine inspections of crops to identify any signs of disease or pest damage.
- Implement sustainable farming practices, ensuring compliance with environmental guidelines.
- Report farm activities and progress to the Project Manager regularly.
- Maintain records of farm operations (e.g.,



crop yields, labor hours, equipment maintenance).

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in farm or agricultural supervision.
- Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or Horticulture.
- Strong understanding of agricultural processes and Moringa farming.
- Leadership skills and ability to manage a team of workers.
- Familiarity with farm machinery, irrigation systems, and pest management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in outdoor and physically demanding environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
