About the Role
The Product Owner for Acctivate is responsible for owning and prioritizing the product backlog and translating business, customer, and operational needs into well-defined user stories. This role partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver incremental value aligned with the product roadmap. The role focuses on Inventory-centric ERP workflows including order management, warehouse operations, and financial integrations.

Experience
5-8 years total experience
3-5 years in a Product Owner or equivalent Agile delivery role
Tech Stack & Tools:
- Agile delivery tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent)
- Backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release management tools
- API and data-flow awareness to support story definition and acceptance criteria
- ERP or workflow-based SaaS platforms
- Analytics and reporting tools for tracking adoption and outcomes
- Collaboration tools for distributed teams
Skills & Qualifications:
Required:
- Robust experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing prioritized backlogs
- Ability to balance customer needs, business value, and technical constraints
- Strong collaboration with Engineering, UX, and Product Management
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Preferred:
- Domain experience aligned to the product area
- Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market SaaS customers
- Familiarity with outcome-driven delivery and SaaS metrics
