Role Overview

We are looking to build a high-energy, world-class sales team comprising bright, driven individuals who are passionate about connecting with people and helping them begin their musical journey.

As a Sales Executive, you will engage with prospective students from across the world, understand their aspirations, and guide them toward enrolling in our programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to and engage with inbound leads from across the globe
- Clearly present BMusician’s legacy, teaching methodology, and offerings
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses




- Build rapport and trust with prospects through meaningful conversations
- Drive conversions and consistently achieve sales targets
- Maintain follow-ups and nurture leads effectively
- Represent the brand with professionalism and authenticity

Key Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine love for talking to people
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to persuade effectively
- Target-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including late evenings/night (for international clients)

Good to Have
- Basic knowledge or interest in music (especially Indian classical)
- Prior experience in sales, counseling, or customer interaction
