Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Franchise Sales Tele caller responsible for handling outbound calls to potential franchise leads, introducing business opportunities, and supporting the initial conversion process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to assigned leads and conduct timely follow-ups
- Explain franchise offerings and address basic queries
- Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and preferred location
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status
- Coordinate with the sales team for further discussions and closures
- Meet daily and weekly calling targets
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
- Comfortable with outbound calling and client interaction
- Basic tech-savviness (CRM tools, Excel, calling systems etc.)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
