The role is usually divided into three main pillars:Corporate Relations, Student Development, and Logistics.
- Corporate Networking: Building and maintaining partnerships with HR departments and recruiters. You are essentially a salesperson for the university's talent pool.
- Training & Coaching: Organizing workshops on resume building, interview techniques, and "soft skills" (communication, etiquette, etc.).
- Placement Drives: Coordinating the logistics of "On-Campus" and "Virtual" recruitment events, including scheduling interviews and managing technical tests.
- Data Management: Tracking placement statistics, maintaining a database of student profiles, and generating reports on hiring trends.
- Counseling: Acting as a career advisor to help students align their skills with the right industries
Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
