Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Compliance & Statutory Requirements
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable laws.
- Timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and reconciliation of GST data.
- Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
- Maintain proper documentation for financial and compliance records.

▪ GST & Taxation
- Preparation and reconciliation of GST payable and receivable.
- Input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation and follow-ups.
- Calculation and timely payment of TDS, advance tax, and other statutory liabilities.
- Coordination with consultants for tax-related matters.

▪ Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Manage vendor payments and ensure timely processing of invoices.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up for outstanding payments.
- Perform periodic reconciliation of vendor and customer accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of payables and receivables.

▪ Financial Operations
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.




- Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
- Ensure proper accounting entries in ERP/Tally/accounting software.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP/SAP preferred).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,396.27 - ₹34,182.32 per month
