Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist production operators and supervisors in daily production activities.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
- Help in machine setup and cleaning.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the production area.
- Follow company safety rules and wear required PPE (helmet, safety shoes, uniform, etc.).
- Support in packing, labeling, and shifting finished goods.
- Inform supervisor about any issues or damages.
- Follow instructions given by seniors and complete work on time.
Requirements:
- Basic education (10th / 12th pass preferred)
- Physically fit and able to work in factory workplace
- Discipline and willingness to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,702.00 - ₹21,429.60 per month
Work Location: In person
