Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware devices.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance of IT equipment.
- Manage hardware inventory, asset tagging, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, warranty claims, and AMC services.
- Install and maintain basic networking equipment (routers, switches, LAN cables, etc.).
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware-related issues.
- Ensure data backup and assist in system upgrades.
- Maintain IT asset records and prepare periodic reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of experience in IT hardware support
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
