We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller (Fresher) to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining our courses, and assisting them throughout the enrollment process.
Note: This is a sales role, but there are NO hard targets or pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to interested leads and explain course details clearly
- Handle inbound queries and follow up with potential customers
- Understand customer needs and guide them to the right course
- Build trust and maintain professional communication
- Maintain call records and update lead details
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth enrollment
- Share basic daily updates on calls and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Fresher (No experience required)
- Valuable communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
- Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude
- Willingness to learn and work from office
