Identify, mobilize, and motivate eligible participants (blue-collar workers, white-collar workers, senior citizens, and workforce entrants) to attend sessions.
- Conduct door-to-door / community-based outreach and coordinate with local stakeholders to build participation.
- Form training batches as per session plan and ensure target numbers are met for each session/batch.
- Ensure participants understand the purpose of the program and remain engaged until completion.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
