Eligibility Criteria & Key role requirements

Yards Capital is a real estate firm dealing with commercial leasing and sale purchase. We strictly require the following deliverables in order to achieve immediate results:
- Excellent MS Excel and Powerpoint skills.
- Proper use of MS excel to handle Property Inventory, Customer Data, P&L; Ledger, Investment sheets, and other Miscellaneous data organisation._
- Fast and Skilled MS Powerpoint presentation making skills._
- Basic Mathematics to do required calculations._
- Understanding of documentation and MS Word Skills
- Document handling, organising, and drafting skills._
- Office operations management
- Handling complete office operations, supply management, utilities management, imprest handling._
- English Spoken skills




- Good command on English for fault free documentation drafting, and understanding of business operations._
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence
- Good knowledge and learning skills of AI for faster delivery of tasks._
- Good telecalling skills
- Good tellecalling skills and experience to handle inbound customer querries and support sales team in customer handling and lead generation._
- GOOD LEARNING AND WORKING ATTITUDE

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
