Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop men’s bottom wear styles including trousers, jeans, chinos, cargos, and shorts
- Research current fashion trends, market demands, and competitor products
- Create design concepts, mood boards, sketches, and technical drawings
- Select fabrics, trims, colors, and washes suitable for men’s bottom wear
- Prepare tech packs with detailed measurements, construction, and fit details
- Coordinate with sampling, merchandising, and production teams
- Monitor sample development, fittings, and revisions until final approval
- Ensure designs are cost-effective and production-friendly
- Maintain design documentation and seasonal collections
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Fashion Design or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in men’s bottom wear (garment sector preferred)
- Strong understanding of fabrics, fits, patterns, and garment construction
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW (preferred)
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing and sampling processes
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple styles

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
