- Production Planning and Execution:
Developing and implementing production plans, scheduling work, and coordinating resources to meet deadlines.
- Supervision and Leadership:
Leading and guiding production teams, including technicians, fitters, and wiremen, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to standards.
- Quality Control:
Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, conducting in-process and final inspections, and ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Resource Management:
Managing materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability and efficient utilization.
