Job Description: Team Leader - Sales

Location: Suzuki Two-Wheeler Showroom, KHANPUR, DELHI

We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Team Leader - Sales to join our Suzuki authorized two-wheeler outlet. If you have a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record of leading teams to hit ambitious targets, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales plans to increase footfall and conversion rates within the showroom.
- Customer Experience: Ensure every walk-in customer receives a premium experience, overseeing the entire process from greeting to vehicle delivery.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily DSR (Daily Sales Reports), follow-ups, and booking-to-delivery ratios.
- Inventory & Coordination: Coordinate with the stock and accounts teams to ensure vehicle availability and smooth documentation for customers.
- Market Analysis:



Keep a pulse on local competitors and market trends to suggest promotional activities or local marketing tie-ups.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Previous experience in the automobile industry is strongly preferred.
- Leadership: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory or senior sales role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle HNI clients and corporate inquiries.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and basic DMS (Dealer Management System) tools.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (Marketing or Business Administration preferred).
