Key Responsibilities:
- Attend incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a polite and professional manner
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
- Provide information about hospital services, doctors’ availability, and procedures
- Coordinate with various departments for patient requirements
- Handle patient feedback and escalate concerns when required




- Maintain call records and update patient information in the system
- Support front office and billing team during peak hours if required
- Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and service quality

Requirements:
- Any graduate
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service/customer care
- Good communication skills (Tamil & English mandatory; additional languages preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
