Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Auto Body Denting & Painting Trainer (Technician Background) to train ITI/Polytechnic students in contemporary automotive and EV body repair techniques. The role requires strong practical expertise along with the ability to deliver hands-on training.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on training on paint booths, spray guns, sanding machines, and dent pulling tools
- Teach color matching, refinishing quality standards, and defect correction (runs, orange peel, dust marks)
- Demonstrate proper surface preparation and finishing techniques
- Ensure workshop safety, PPE usage, and adherence to safety standards
- Maintain tools, equipment,



and workshop discipline
- Support students in becoming industry-ready through practical exposure

Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Automobile, Paint Technician, Mechanical, or Fabrication
- 1-3 years of experience in automotive body shop, paint shop, or vehicle refinishing
- Strong hands-on skills in denting, surface preparation, and spray painting
- Basic understanding of modern automotive / EV body repair techniques
- Good communication skills and interest in training/teaching
- Prior training experience is a plus (not mandatory)
- Passion for skill development and student training
- Ability to handle practical sessions independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
