Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) and STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) processes including collection, treatment, and discharge as per standards
- Handle chemical preparation and dosing (coagulants, flocculants, disinfectants, pH correction chemicals)
- Monitor treatment stages such as equalization, aeration, settling, and filtration:
- Operate and maintain filtration systems like:
- PSF (Pressure Sand Filter):
- DMF (Dual Media Filter):
- Manage sludge handling, including operation of sludge drying beds and safe disposal
- Check and maintain parameters like pH, turbidity, and flow using standard test kits
- Maintain accurate log sheets, daily reports, and operational records:
- Ensure timely reporting of plant abnormalities, breakdowns, and major maintenance requirements




- Perform minor maintenance activities and assist in major maintenance and shutdown work:
- Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure uninterrupted plant operation
- Follow all safety procedures and ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment):
- Maintain housekeeping and ensure compliance with environmental norms

Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical / Environmental Engineering
- Experience in ETP/STP plant operations preferred

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
