Job Summary
The TFH & Boiler Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining boiler systems that supply steam and heat for the cello tape manufacturing process. The role ensures safe, productive, and uninterrupted boiler operation in compliance with statutory safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications & Experience
- ITI / Diploma in Boiler Operation / Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Certified 1st Class / 2nd Class Boiler Operator License (as per local statutory norms)
- 2-5 years of experience in industrial boiler operations
- Experience in manufacturing industries such as adhesive tape, packaging, or similar preferred

Key Responsibilities

Boiler Operation
- Monitor and operate boilers to maintain required steam pressure and temperature
- Safely start up and shut down boiler equipment
- Control fuel consumption and optimize combustion efficiency

Maintenance & Inspection




- Conduct regular inspections of burners, valves, gauges, and safety devices
- Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance to avoid scale build-up
- Identify and report mechanical or operational issues promptly

Safety & Compliance
- Follow all safety protocols while handling fuel and chemicals
- Ensure compliance with environmental and boiler safety regulations
- Participate in safety drills and periodic inspections

Record Keeping & Reporting
- Maintain daily operational logs including steam parameters, fuel usage, and maintenance records
- Immediately report abnormalities, breakdowns, or safety incidents to the Maintenance Head

Coordination
- Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted steam supply
- Support and guide junior operators when required

Pay: ₹21,953.89 - ₹32,000.00 per month
