Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily production activities on the shop floor
- Support production planning and execution
- Monitor machine operations and report any issues
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and company guidelines
- Maintain production records and documentation
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams
- Follow safety procedures and workplace discipline
- Support supervisors in achieving daily production targets

Skills & Requirements
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes




- Understanding of mechanical drawings (preferred)
- Willingness to learn and work in a shop floor environment
- Positive communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in shifts (if required)
