This is not a routine role. You will sit at the intersection of fulfillment, vendor management, and customer experience, solving the daily friction points of a scaling business.

You will work directly with the Managing Director to master our current workflows and eventually take full ownership of the company’s operational engine.

- Optimize Fulfillment: Own the journey from order to doorstep.
- Vendor Management: Hold partners to rigorous quality and delivery benchmarks.
- Process Evolution:



Identify "leaks" in logistics or cost and design the fixes to plug them.
