Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, maintain, and update operational data related to ambulance services, fleet performance, and manpower.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and performance issues in operations.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting across all districts.
- Coordinate with field teams, district coordinators, and operations managers for data collection.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Excel or MIS tools.
- Monitor KPIs such as response time, utilization rate, and service efficiency.
- Support audits by providing required data and reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and data records for future reference.
