About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to ensure optimal performance
- Analyze campaign data using tools such as Google Analytics and generate actionable insights
- Create and manage engaging content for websites and social media platforms
- Edit and produce video content for marketing campaigns, including social media reels, advertisements, and promotional videos
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices
- Maintain and grow the company’s digital presence across platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams including design and content for campaign execution
- Stay updated with current digital marketing trends and content strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with strong practical skills may be considered)
- Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro,



or equivalent software
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with content management systems such as WordPress
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in creating short-form video content (reels, shorts, ad creatives)
