Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and fluent English-speaking International Telecaller Executive to handle communication with overseas clients. The role involves outbound calling, lead follow-ups, client handling, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to international clients and potential prospects
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally
- Follow up with new and existing clients regarding business opportunities




- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Required Skills:
- Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in interacting with international clients
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools

Eligibility Criteria
- 1-2 years of experience in international calling, BPO, or customer support
- Prior experience handling overseas clients will be an added advantage
- Graduate or equivalent qualification
